Delivery
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 14 working days (this does not include Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery is free on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of £6. All orders are subject to stock availability.
You will be contacted by email or telephone by one of our advisers with a date for delivery.
Selected items may take longer to deliver details will be advised by email once order is received.
For furniture, selected changers and cot beds we use an outside transport company and goods may be delivered palletised. For such deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address as the driver may need assistance. As Tot Spot Ltd does not employ the driver, although he will deliver your goods into your home, he may not deliver orders into a specified room.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details. You may also order on-line and once we have received your order we will call to discuss delivery costs.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be arranged but a surcharge will apply.
All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
Please note we are unable to send goods outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses (Eire excluded).
We are not responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekend and bank holidays. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Returns Policy
Tot Spot Ltd want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order Tot Spot Ltd will refund the value of the goods supplied.
Tot Spot Ltd will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please contact us by phone on 0141 552 1178 or email us at customer.support@totspotonline.co.uk to give your reason for return, and to obtain authorisation to return.
Please appropriately package the items with the original invoice and send it to us. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
